How do I book a session?
Start with the contact form or call (763) 998-4685 — we reply within one business day. We'll confirm availability, talk through your vision, and send a simple agreement. A small retainer holds your date (applied to your final balance), and you're officially on the calendar.
How much does photography cost?
Sessions start at $100/hour, and we build custom quotes for weddings and all-day events. Every family and every event is a little different, so tell us what you're planning and we'll put together a package that fits — no event is too big or too small.
What do I receive with my session?
Every collection includes a private online gallery, high-resolution downloads, and a personal print release — the images are yours to print and share. Professional print and album options are available if you'd like our lab quality.
When will I see my photos?
You'll get a sneak-peek gallery within 48 hours so you can share highlights right away. Full portrait galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks; weddings and large events within 4–6 weeks.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No — your print release lets you print anywhere. That said, our professional lab's color accuracy and archival papers are a real step up from consumer printing, and we're happy to handle prints, canvases, and albums for you.
What if the Minnesota weather doesn't cooperate?
It happens! Outdoor sessions can be rescheduled once at no charge for rain, storms, or dangerous cold. We watch the forecast with you and make the call together the day before.
Where do sessions take place?
Anywhere in the Twin Cities metro — your home, a favorite park, or one of our proven locations around Savage and the south metro. Travel within the metro is included; beyond that we add a small mileage fee. Not sure where to shoot? Our local guides list our favorite spots.
What should we wear?
After booking we send a full style guide with what photographs well (and what to avoid). Short version: coordinated, not matching — soft neutrals with one or two accent colors work beautifully in every season.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Card, check, and all major electronic payments. Weddings and larger packages can be split into installments, with the balance due before final gallery delivery.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes — we're fully insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for venues that require one.
